I sent an inquiry to Lifetime Roof and Solar on Sunday afternoon expecting to hear back on a business day. I got a call an hour later from Richard, who came over to our house on Monday, presenting himself as communicative, respectful, and professional. He did a full inspection, going on our roof and attic and showing us pictures of the issue. We never felt lied to or as if he was trying to make extra money from us. In fact, he fixed one of the problems and didn't charge us anything. He went above and beyond what we expected, and gave us sound advice on how to take care of the other problems we're facing. If we ever have to do a major repair to our roof, this is the company I'm contacting, and you should too. You won't regret the service. Thank you for everything, Richard!

I just have to say Richard was absolutely amazing the best. He did everything he said he was going to do. My insurance company was really crummy and they only approved $14,000 in repairs on my completely destroyed wood Shake roof Richard fought for me for 4 months and got them to approve a brand new 72,000 roof I couldn't be happier it looks amazing thank you Richard for everything you did I will only use him for roofing in the future and I suggest you do the same

Wow! Richard is amazing! Our neighbor was getting an arial shot of her roof and I happened to see the drone so I reached out for more info. within minutes Richard came to our door, introduced himself and jumped up on our roof to check out a leak. The work that needs to be done is on the chimney so Richard sent me contact info for the right people for the job. In today's world finding a great company is hard to find in my opinion! I highly suggest using Lifetime!

James Clouter from Lifetime Roof and Solar came out to my home last week to inspect my roof for any damage before the summer weather season starts. He was on time, very friendly and informative discussing a few things he found that did not need attention just yet but I should watch should we get hail. He also discussed my options since I have solar panels. I’ll absolutely be calling Lifetime and James after our next certain hail storm this summer.

We had a great experience with Lifetime! Kerry was very kind and personable and easy to work with and followed up to make sure we were happy with the finished product. Our project manager Joel was also super great and checked in multiple times during our instal (which was not fun considering we had three layers of shingles they had to remove!). The crew installing was great and they left our property pretty much spotless. We would definitely recommend Lifetime!

Communicated throughout the process with updates and pertinent info about the project. We had some weather challenges and he kept us looped in. Joel and his crew were prompt and professional. They got right to work and had us competed in no time. They were very respectful of our property and cleaned up thoroughly after completion. Joel went above and beyond, fixing some cutters and drain pipes that were not part of this project. Pretty simple and easy fix for him, but really showed the dedication to his field. I had my roof and gutters replaced by Lifetime Roof and Solar Company. I worked with Alex Weishaar, sales supervisor, to determine my need for a roof replacement after a hail storm. He was friendly and informative. He patiently answered all of my questions and promptly returned phone calls and texts. Alex provided me with details on the replacement and how the insurance claims system for this situation worked. He and his team communicated well with my insurance company and made the claims process easy to manage.Joel and the roofing team did the actual replacement and were competent, efficient and friendly. Their clean up after that job was good and there was very little debris left in my yard. Taylor an office staff member, communicated well with me regarding job and inspection dates, as well as any changes.I had a good experience working with this company and highly recommend it for roofing needs. The employees were interested in and motivated to do a good job for their customers.

Just completed a reroof with Lifetime. I was very impressed with the quality of their materials, warranty policy, professionalism, timeliness, and work ethic. My Experience with the Company from start to finish was excellent. Richard cam out to our home the same day I called and did a temporary repair to prevent any more interior damage since a couple snow storms were on the way.Yesterday, Angel came an did a more long term repair to our house and everything matches well and I'm not anticipating any problems.The company is very professional, especially my dealings with Richard and I, repairs are reasonably priced and I would highly recommend this company.

I contacted several roofers for estimates and had the companies out within the next several days.
